Before you head off to the store to shop, Shop through your pantry and refrigerator first. Cross of the items you have so you only have to buy the things you don’t.
The work is done for you. All you have to do is shop and cook. Take a picture of the shopping list to the store with you. Shop at home first. The menu for the week is included, so are the public recipes with links to the originator. Remember we don't create menus, we search the website for you and compile the information, so you don't have to. The creator's information is on the material.
